PH.
This is probably my most neglected property in all of Las Vegas, honestly.
I'm not sure quite why. I probably just need to spend more time here.
It's a pretty good spot, afterall.
One of my all time favorite pictures I have in Las Vegas.
Sticky Toffee Pudding at Gordon Ramsay Burger - we'll talk about this later.
There''s a joke in here somewhere, but I'm not sure what it is.
I like gold.
One time they had a dude dealing in the Pleasure Pit - like way back in the day, before that would have been cool.
Ketchup Burger Bar - in case you don't want to eat a good burger at Gordon Ramsay.
It's funny what they call "Premium" these days.
What the bullshit?
5 orbs, 2 mini-mini, and 2 bonus coins, but win zero?
I want to speak with the manager.
Favorite Memory: Gordon Ramsay Burger
It's a commentary on how wasteful burning that gas is - not on the food.
The food is literally amazing.
Favorite Memory: Gordon Ramsay Burger
It's literally the only burger I've ever had in Vegas where the bun actually holds up to the sandwich overall.
Usually I find burger buns get soggy from the steam/juice, etc. - they dissolve, fall apart, get mushy, etc.
This is the only place where everything works like it should and the last bite is just as good as the first bite.
Even on a succulent, juicy burger, like the 24 hour burger. Which is perfectly balanced, and flavorful, and the just the right amount of exactly everything.
Now this is an actual "Premium" burger!
Pro tip - they stopped offering them, but ask if they have the Curry Ketchup and/or the Cocoa Ketchup - they just try to give the regular cheap mass produced junk these days but the speciality ketchups are the best ketchups I've ever had!
Sticky Toffee Pudding - #destination dessert
Nacho Daddy.
Don't let the internet fool you, it's not good.
And it's definitely not a $100 meal.
Way better Mexican places, for wayyyy less money:
Bonito Michoacan Mexican Restaurant West of the Strip
Letty's in the Arts District
Uno Mas at Sahara
Favorite Memory: Popovich Comedy Pet Theater
This show is actually really good.
He has spent decades training rescue pets to do lots of funny / cute tricks. He gets housecats to do a bunch of stuff that's honestly pretty remarkable. Dogs. Birds, Pigs, etc.
You should definitely see this show before this dude retires (if he ever does) - I have no clue who could replace him in this show, if anybody!
At what point does "almost bonusing" get ridiculous?
Here.
This point right here.
Yolo's Mexican Grill - actually, pretty decent!
This can't be super common.
In the words of Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo - that's a huge bitch!
Favorite Memory: Chasing Bingo
I think we put like $150 in this game trying to force it to bonus because it looked "so close".
We literally have only ever done that like 3-4 times on any games, ever.
Guess how many of them bonused?
Zero.
Almost like the stuff up top has nothing to do with when the game will bonus...
Favorite Memory: Buy a Bonus
This was the game we learned you can pay $100 to buy a bonus, and win less than that amount.
Lesson learned, never made that mistake again!
Spin, and win?
Where do I sign up?
Every spin we've ever taken is just practice for (hopefully) winning the Megabucks (someday).
When I hear Shaina Twain Let's Go Girls - I get so excited I could kick a door off its hinges.
Favorite Memory - Hotel Stay
We won a major bonus at the Cosmo for like $900 the day before the Super Bowl, and they wanted like $400 for a room at Cosmo at like 9pm.
So we booked a room at PH instead for $87 (all-in).
It was decent.
I call it Planet Holiday Inn, which you'll see why in the room photos.
Glad we were able to stay for free, there's no better way to Vegas!
Won several dollars throughout the day.
Favorite Memory - Money Balls
Some of the big win we had the night we got the hotel room!
