Favorite Memory: MJ One
Incredible show, the guy playing MJ is spot on.
The music is incredible.
10/10 highly recommend.
Man were we young.
And skinny.
Border Grill.
Not great.
Not even good.
Very forgettable.
At least it's expensive!
It's better not to ask.
Everyone needs a good gambling totem or artifact.
We used to rent from them. It was not surprising to see them in the news for deceiving renters!
The hotel room isn't great btw. Very dated, not at all worth the cost, and much better room products on the market for the same money.
This was Delano (aka: the W or whatever they're calling that hotel tower this week).
Your mileage may vary.
Favorite Memory: Pool Party
Did you know - they have over 2,700 tons of sand at Mandalay Bay Beach?
That's a lot of sand.
IDK if I have any pictures of that, went one time it was like 50 degrees and cloudy out and the other time I didn't take my phone in because I was too busy walking laps in the lazy river.
That's how you live your best life.
To the tune of Bon Jovi Livin' on a Prayer - ohhhh we're a third of the way there, oooohhhhhh!
Like literally all food I've ever had at Mandalay Bay
#completely disappointing
*except Swingers, which actually has amazing food!
Some nice atmosphere along the way, but as we learned, for a group of 2 - you won't be seated in any of it!
Probably a better experience if you're seated at the bar, but the restaurant?
Not so much.
Lots of cool areas you can't sit at, located throughout the place.
We were seated in the "Theatre" (with all the other groups of 4 or less, in the very very back of the place) - my recommendation is, don't.
Just stick to the bar only.
That goes for the food too.
The slots here aren't much better.
Although Mandalay Bay is the only place in Vegas I've ever been solicited by a "working girl" - at 3am by myself on the casino floor.
So I'll give them points for that!
Whole screen of wilds $7.00
Welcome to Las Vegas!
Favorite Memory: The Super Janky and Unimpressive Shark Reef Aquarium
We went on a BOGO locals day or something, and I'm glad we did, because honestly this should be free.
If you've ever been to an actual aquarium in your city, you'll gasp at how they're charging over $25 a person for this.
Favorite Memory: Swingers Mini-Golf
Ok this place actually bumps though, it's super cool.
It's expensive for what it is (but what isn't in Vegas though?), but it's a fun concept, the food is actually fantastic, and it's got some fun elements like spin the prize wheel if you get a hole-in-one at the end, carnival games, a bar, funny photos on the way upstairs, a free panoramic picture experience at the end (at the top of the stairs, to the right of the stairs as you get ready to exit), etc.
It's usually within 2-3 points every time we golf together. We're pretty evenly matched and I never know who will win.
I got a h-i-o.
Every golfer's dream.
She did too!
2nd best pizza I've ever had in Vegas (behind Pizza Rock) - and that's saying something, because I love Pizza Rock!
