Favorite Memory: Experience Pass 3B
We got this Experience Pass and did 2 full (8 hour) days once.
It was so fun - we did about 13 different experiences, plus food & beverage including:
Asylum Arcade
Birdly
Brainstorm
Dreamweaver
Haley's Comet
Illuminarium
Interstellar Arc
John Wick Experience
Kaia
Liftoff
Looper
Museum Fiasco
Rocket Fizz
Snack Wagon
The Beast
Universal Horror Unleashed
Vortex Rover
Wink World
We've done Omega Mart, Multiverse Depot, etc. on other visits previously too.
Pro tip: the big ticket items like John Wick, Universal Horror Unleashed, Omega Mart, Interstellar Arc, etc. are totally worth it on their own. Lots of the "other" smaller exhibits I personally wouldn't pay $15-$40 for individually, so be sure to check out the Experience Passes and just make a day (or two) of it - if you want your money to go farther!
You can also book them at least 2 weeks ahead for even bigger savings - check out the "Deals Warehouse" tab of this website for more info!
Area 15 does not exist. Does it?
The Batmobile, on steroids.
Very Mad Max. I want.
One of many portals to the infinite you'll find throughout Area 15. To infinity, and beyond, and back again, and then to infinity again, and so on!
Thank God it's not anatomically correct. Could you imagine?
Fun Fact - did you know Tony Hsieh had this piece installed at Air Stream Park originally? Same for Big Rig Jig from Ferguson's!
Low-5.
Is this still there (Army of the Dead VR)? I literally don't know. If I have any photos of it I'll upload them further down on this page, you can be sure of that!
Madder Max 2, the Maxening.
I'm noticing a theme at Area 15. And I like it!
Be sure to use your 3rd eye and your standard peepers to remain safe when boarding the tram.
I always appreciate seeing Vegas from different angles
I'm noticing a (Christmas) theme at Area 15, and I like it!
I think this is a new exhibit, not sure if it will be a permanent installation, but either way, glad I took a picture of it!
But it does exist. Doesn't it?
Really excellent french fries here and very reasonably priced ($6 for the regular but it's a big box of them), I highly recommend!
Let's do some grocery shopping!
Fun fact: she's had one of these before.
Datamosh - the Omega Mart Speakeasy.
La'Croix beverages? She's never heard of them.
I think you can actually buy the groceries here (some of them at least). Never know when you'll need a can of Y2K Millennium Beans!
What is the True Essence of Butter & the Nature of My Desire?
What can I say, it works!
I feel like there's a joke in here somewhere
Who told you this was butter??
A really old, and really fancy onion. The 34th Generation Queen Anne Onion.
That's what she said.
A whole new world (Aladdin), don't you dare close your eyes
This grocery store is starting to get weird. Starting.
Ok it's official.
Did we wander onto the set of a Tool music video??
One time I came home and she had completely shaved her head bald, out of nowhere.
I thought she was drunk.
It took like 2 years to grow back.
At one point she resembled one of these.
She still brings it up to this day.
The things you do for love.
Far out, Zoltar.
Why yes, that is a Whiskey Liquor Up hoodie, thank you for asking.
Consider yourself Fiasco'ed.
A $300,000 Christmas Party - at the Circus!
Is this place a reference to the Futurama TV show? I feel like this place is a reference to Futurama
They sell candy here that's weird.
And candy that will light your anus on fire.
I'd heard about these online, and honestly better than Blooming Buns - (which tend to be dry), but these were pretty solid all the way around!
"24k gold" - I think there are about 4 atoms of gold on top, so that counts!
Boo, enjoy!
These definitely taste like fall, a rare flavor profile in Las Vegas.
Reminds me of the pumpkin patch.
Delicious AF.
You believe in the Beast, don't you?
She's in her "Tuna Poke" era
Onion Rings - the perfect date night food. For married couples that is, you know, once you've gotten used to everything.
This is a "hand-leafed lettuce" appreciation post.
Bawwwk!
#Beast Mode
Rough Cuts - for when you're craving chopped meat, of an unknown nature.
It's the Purge (burp), Morty.
For real tho, is there anything scarier than a kale salad??
Award Winning Scarecrow - you know, for being outstanding in his field...
Heart.
The Exorcist - believe it, or not
Texas Chainsaw - the real story is much scarier than the movie... visit the Zak Bagan's Haunted Museum to learn more.
Universally (beloved) Monsters
Krampus. (Seasonal)
And Kin. (Seasonal)
And whoever this guy is. (Seasonal)
Feaster Grievings anyone?
Featuring - an Unfinished Horror Movie, a Rotten Egg Hunt, Specialty F&B items (see below), a Demented Easter Bunny + Friends, a Haunted Hedge Maze, and plenty more!
Lucky Duck - best dish I've had at Premiere House!
Confit Duck, Crispy Fingerling Potatoes, Al Dente Root Vegetables, and a Beet Reduction, quite tasty!
Humpty's Egg - Feaster Grievings Dessert - wayyyyy too much chocolate (like all desserts at Premiere House), gives a whole new meaning to the term "Death by Chocolate".
White chocolate egg, with more WC eggs on the outside, more WC eggs on the inside, Ube Gelato, Sprinkles, and about 1 more pound of White Chocolate on the inside.
This dessert is so sweet it would give your diabetes, diabetes!
Pro Tip: It might be a good idea to check for a sign like this at the venue before buying tickets (while Vegas visitation is down), and if it's not there - just buy your ticket online while you stand outside.
If we saw this it would have saved us about $60 the last time we went!
Resident Evil Takeover, anyone?
Check in with the officer stationed up front for a quick briefing about what's going on in the infection zone...
Then check in at the Police Dept. to solve a puzzle and get your card to advance to the next area of the infection zone.
There were like 4 different puzzles to solve, but you get assigned to just one, to advance from the area.
We had the wire puzzle.
Pretty simple, clear, and fun.
Special themed F&B, as usual for events.
A handy map, for your adventure.
More puzzles to solve, if you like solving puzzles, and escaping infected zombie cities, which I do.
Zombies.
Zeeks.
Freakers.
The Undead.
Whatever you want to call them, just don't be their dinner.
Loved all these little details throughout, felt very immersive.
The layered fencing was really cool and added a lot to the claustrophobic nature of the attraction, you really felt like you had to escape Racoon City, before it was too late!
Leon Kennedy, in the (not chewed on) flesh.
I think Halloween Maze LV rented out Premier House on this day because we saw tons of people wearing their t-shirts, and it was about 90 out from Halloween, so probably right around time they start prep for the year.
If you've ever played a Resident Evil video game, then you know how handy these tanks are when battling Uroboros!
This is a random thought - but IDK why they don't have the character (scare) actors do more interacting with each other, like this event would be a cool chance to see Leon and Claire Redfield moving through the exhibit blasting zombies and creatures and you walk around feeling like you're in on the action first-hand.
I think that would make it more fun than having the (other) scare actors constantly walk up and cough in people's faces to "scare" them.
Anyway, just a thought.
Back to the spooky action!
They had another bonus scavenger hunt to count how many umbrellas there were throughout the attraction, hint it was not 11 or 13.
And please, only one guess per couple, not per person.
We take our jobs incredibly seriously.
The health herbs were an awesome touch!
Zombies have officially taken over!
I mean, how freakin' cool is this??
Guest appearance by none other than Ada Wong
Somehow the food at UH is always a total miss.
I've verified this by 7 visits in like its first 10 months.
An Old Fashioned, with an orange slice, instead of misting the edge of the glass with the rind, a new way to make them, I guess!
The 1/4 of a slice of bread sized Jill (Valentine) Sandwich.
R.P.D. Umbrellas Donuts - another huge food miss with wayyyy too much cream cheese frosting (inedible amount), and literally no filling until the final bite of the entire donut itself had about 1/16 of a teaspoon of raspberry jelly in it.
Not exaggerating.
Also doesn't "donuts" mean plural, like more than one, and probably smaller?
Wasssssaaaaaa!
Special appearance from Jill Valentine.
Even the gift shop got an (awesome) makeover for this collab.
Universal Horror Unleashed, it's a real SCREAM!
Surprisingly good.
I wish this was an hour long, and Interstellar Arc was 5 minutes.
That would be the right configuration!
Pro Tip:
Just don't.
If we look happy, that's because we took this picture before we entered the exhibit.
I was told there would be fun in this exhibit. I was lied to.
The liar in question.
It's this.
It's a lot of this.
#i can't.
