I always associate this place with the TV Show "Girls Next Door".
One of my all time favorite TV Shows.
Very Southern California vibes.
Favorite Memory: The Most Glamourous McDonald's in Las Vegas.
Favorite Memory: Unknown Bar
AKA - Shark Bar.
Favorite Memory: Tim Ho Wan.
This place has one great dish - the Pork Bun (pictured below), and it's pretty incredible.
Congee.
Meat. And also, noodles.
Time spent with the bride is the best time spent.
Ancient Chinese Proverb.
Probably.
My favorite band, that we didn't see in person, because we were finishing paying off $250k in consumer debt and it wasn't in the budget.
But the good news is we're done now, so we'll see them next time!
And then I found $20.
Favorite Memory: Art.
Are those lights some sort of caterpillar cocoon to go with that butterfly picture or something?
Favorite Memory: A.Y.C.E. Buffet
Honestly, this is one of the best buffets in town.
In a town that has Wicked Spoon and the Wynn Buffet.
It's right up there as far as quality goes.
Reasonable price too!
They actually have a few really good Vegan options too.
I'm not Vegan, but I've thought about it.
Their mini desserts are outstanding.
Right on par with Wynn and Wicked Spoon.
And that's saying something!
Really good compositions, balance of flavors, etc.
Cosmopolitan pioneered the small plates / individual servings at buffets, and thank God.
People act like they've never seen food before at Buffets.
It's ok to be reasonable, over 40% of food in the US is literally thrown away.
I try to limit food waste at buffets to no more than about 1/4 cup total (including bones and all).
Small plates definitely help with that.Â
And yes you can still eat like a King that way.
In the background, the Greenery - wasn't there a Simpsons episode about "you don't make friends with salad??"
It's a buffet for Pete's sake. I'm not getting kale.
Even I have my limits.
Vegan options are really quite good here.
Stuffed Peppers, Jackfruit Enchiladas, Nachos, etc.
I've liked all the Vegan dishes I've had from here, and I'm not even Vegan!
Whose in charge of naming things around here?
It's the essence of a car.
A "Ghost Car" if you will.
Like Ghost Bar - the rooftop bar.
They should put this up there as a permanent installation. They don't even have to give me the credit for it.
What?
Favorite Memory: 1 spin, 1 win.
I wanted to do Santa's Saloon.
Let's see if we can win money to pay for it first.
Boo-yah.
Free.
As all things in Vegas should be.
Time to body-slam some midgets.
It's an unconventional war gentlemen - every unit's been assigned an old prospector.
They had all the characters - Bad Santa, a Slutty Elf, Midgets, Drunk Rudolph - the whole cast to compliment your food & beverage experience.
Didn't believe me about the LP, huh?
Santa, you're wildin' out right now.
I love gimmicky desserts in Vegas.
This was a Santa's Christmas Ornament, or something.
Have you ever drank Bailey's out of a shoe?
Something, something, Old Gregg.
The before and after
Nothing sweeter than going into the bonus round on a $1 machine, off of freeplay!
Well we all know you don't win on the spins. Still, $45 ain't nothin'!
