Aria.
Truth be told, I don't spend a lot of time at the Aria. I'm not sure what that's a product of.
It's probably the Vegas property I most associate with ballin' outrageous. One time I saw an employee cashing in $62,000 in craps chips for a player at the Cashier Cage. I've seen people win $20,000+ in person. I've seen people buy in at the Craps table with $5,000 chips. I feel like people are always throwing around big money there.
BTW the $5k craps guy lost $2,500 on the first 3 rollers at the table. He bet $200 on the Make 'Em All, every number, and pass line with odds. Each time they rolled the dice 2-3x and immediately crapped out. Don't be that guy.
Similarly, I think pretty much every dollar I've ever gambled there has been a loss, in fact one time, (Favorite Memory) I might have theoretically found $1,000 at Aria - and even then, you lose money!
So I usually just play at other places where I know there is a better chance to win.
Oh, and this. This is probably another reason I don't spend a ton of time at Aria.
Favorite memory - Gem Bar:
I do have to say, for the best soda / carbonation ratio in Las Vegas, is hands down Gem Bar at Aria.
Probably 98.7% of all soda I've ever had in Vegas is flat and overly syrupy, or has too much carbonation and tastes acidic - Gem Bar is the only place I've ever found that gets the ratio right - but who knows I may have just caught them on a good day, I make no promises, your mileage may vary - so I will give them props for that.
I do love the tram though.
Anytime I visit a new city, I always make it a priority to check out their public transportation.
It's my favorite way to get around the city!
Chasing that Megabucks.
Favorite memory - Near Miss(es):
I like spinning and then ALMOST winning money ($1,029) - but not winning anything instead. It's fun!
Sure is!
Favorite memory - Big Bets:
I've never played this type of slot, but who are these maniacs spending $1,000 on a slot machine pull?
The best part is when they get a big win (like $10,000), then pay taxes, and find out it's only 6 more free spins - so if you don't hit that win every 6 spins, you're just losing tons of money.
Doesn't stop them though, if we were all good at math, we wouldn't be at the casino!
Favorite memory - 2nd Place Huge Slot Win
The 2nd biggest slot win I've ever seen happened on Mother's Day 2025 - on the Giant Wheel of Fortune machine near the front desk. Guy hit for $22,000 on like a $50 bet.
It's not millions, but if you've got $50 per spin to bet on slot machines, you probably already had millions. Past tense. Had.
Note - it wasn't on 'Shadow of the Panther' (pictured here), which I'm pretty sure isn't even allowed to win, it's always funny seeing super old games like that on the casino floor. They probably have to pay too much in royalties to Tarzan for copyright infringement.
So proud of you.
Franken-pickle.
Will you take my picture in front of whatever this thing is?
Well that's not NOT a life-changing amount of money...
Is this what the Wknd meant in that song Blinding Lights??
We only ever play Megabucks games at Aria, am I noticing a theme here?
It's kind of like that game they used to have at New York New York "$10,000 or Nothing" - where you literally either win $10,000, or nothing.
I think of Megabucks the same way, only like $10,000,000 or Nothing...
This isn't Aria, this was at Park MGM, but they had a few versions of these "OR Nothing" games
Ok back to pictures of Aria.
Now Open
#diet starts tomorrow!!!
Private games for a more discerning clientele. Also, why do I feel like this Valhalla game is made by the same people who make that "Noah's Ark" slot machine?
Back on our bullshit.
Still on our bullshit.
Please don't offer money to the God of bao... unless you want to.
Oh God
#Demo Mode
Whenever I get this bonus, the game forgets how to win.
Ask my wife, I'm not capable of listening.
Bet 50 cents, win 61 cents - that's how you Vegas!!
Just a reminder, this happened.
Patisserie - I think tiny desserts should be a part of every Vegas experience.
The lemonyest lemon cake that's ever lemon caked.
Wasn't that a Prince song? Raaaaaspberry Beignet
It's what I win on the slot machines. Babkas.
